Claude drafts emails for the 5 most recent people already in Inquiry and shows them to read. Nothing is sent, no Apollo credits are spent.

Daily schedule
- 08:00 — scan the news, extract deals, email the digest to info@vffranchiseconsulting.com
- 09:28 — Apollo looks up contacts on both sides → deals with an email go into the ALL LEADS sheet → up to 10 people are queued in lemlist
A deal with no email is never written to Inquiry. Each person is queued in lemlist only once.
The value of ADMIN_KEY in Vercel. Stored in this browser only, and sent nowhere except our own endpoints. Needed for the three jobs marked 🔑.

Does exactly what the 09:28 schedule does: Apollo looks up contacts for new deals, deals with an email are written to Inquiry, then up to 10 people are queued in lemlist. Running it again never duplicates anything.

🔑 Queue 5 people in lemlist (SENDS FOR REAL)
Pushes the 5 most recent people in Inquiry into the lemlist campaign. lemlist then sends real email on its own schedule. Each person is queued only once.

🔑 Import older deals in batches
A separate job, run when Apollo credits allow: looks up contacts for older deals and imports them into Inquiry batch by batch. It continues on its own — leave the tab open until it finishes.

Pausing outreach
Set OUTREACH_PAUSED=1 in Vercel and the next scheduled run queues nobody in lemlist — contacts are still looked up and Inquiry is still written. To stop sending immediately, pause the campaign in lemlist.
